Buffet Tiers & Pricing
• All prices are per person and subject to a 10% service charge and 6% SST. Pricing varies by lunch/dinner session, weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
• Classic Buffet: From RM99++ (Available daily)
• Essence Buffet: From RM189++ (Available daily)
• Premium Buffet: From RM278++ (Available daily)
• Supreme Buffet: From RM468++ (Available daily)
• Luxurious Buffet: From RM868++ (Available daily)
• Child & Senior Pricing: free for children under 95cm. Special rates apply for children (95cm–145cm) and senior citizens (60 years old and above).
Dining Sessions & Time Limits
• Your dining session starts and ends based on your scheduled reservation time, not your arrival time.
• Classic & Essence Buffets: limited to a 2-hour session (1.5 hours dining / last-order time).
• Premium, Supreme & Luxurious Buffets: limited to a 4-hour session (3.5 hours dining / last-order time).

Deposit & Booking Policy
• To secure your booking: a deposit is required for all reservations. Our team will reach out to you via WhatsApp to assist with the payment.
• On the day: the full deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill.

Cancellations & No-Shows
• 7-Day Notice: cancellations must be made at least 1 week in advance (fresh ingredients are ordered directly from Japan).
• 30-Minute Grace Period: tables are held for 30 minutes only. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
• Rescheduling / Refunds: last-minute cancellations are non-refundable; rescheduling is recommended. For exceptional refund requests, notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Restaurant Rules & Payments
• One Tier Per Table: all guests at the same table must choose the same buffet package tier (no mixing).
• Food Wastage Fees (per 100g): Classic: RM99 | Essence: RM189 | Premium: RM278 | Supreme: RM468 | Luxurious: RM868
• 100% Cashless: we only accept credit/debit cards, e-wallets, or QR payments.
